机车运用管理信息系统的设计与应用

针对目前机车运用管理上存在的不足，结合运输生产实际，设计了机车运用管理信息系统，为各相关岗位动态掌握机车、机班信息提供有效手段。本文介绍了系统的物理结构、逻辑结构、系统功能及关键技术。该系统在全集团范围推广使用，效果良好。

本文对江苏畜牧兽医职业技术学院新校区工程规划进行后评价研究,首先对建设项目后评价的定义、相关的基本概念以及理论基础、评价方法进行详细阐述,重点对新校区工程规划进行后评价,构建了规划后评价指标体系,并且运用模糊综合评价的方法进行了分析,为后续工程提供了宝贵经验。     

A rejoinder to the commentaries on Professor Chambers' 1999 paper the poverty of accounting discourse

The resource presented in this paper introduces and contextualises the teaching of Customer Lifetime Valuation (CLV) to management accounting students. CLV is a relatively recent innovation. It involves calculating the present value of expected net cash flows generated over the lifetime of an organisation's relationship with a particular customer/customer segment and using this information better to manage returns derived from a customer base. The Teaching Resource provides an introduction to the topic, suggested learning objectives, suitable student reading, and an innovative case (OzInsure case) facilitating students' technical competence and evaluation of CLV. Also included are suggested solutions and further background information situating the use and development of the teaching resource. Feedback received from peers and students indicates the utility of the Teaching Resource, and provides guidance as to its future development. More generally, this resource illustrates the feasibility of using instructors' research experiences to inform learning in management accounting.     

连锁经营管理专业“四段一体”式人才培养方案的探讨

我国连锁经营近几年发展非常迅速,对连锁经营管理的人才需求量日益剧增,高校为此开设了连锁经营管理专业,但是该专业对人才的培养还是处于摸索阶段。本文通过对连锁经营管理专业现状的分析,提出基于工学交替的"四段一体"式人才培养方案;从基础理论学习、职业技能训练、理论提升与拓展、毕业顶岗实习为阶段,对以市场需求为导向,采用专业基础课与专业课融于一体、理论与实践融于一体,实践强于理论,滚动式前进、螺旋式提高的分段渐进式教学体系进行分析,并提出了相关的建议。     

高校教育成本核算方法比较研究

高校教育成本核算是高校教育成本管理的核心，但目前高校教育成本核算在实践中举步维艰。本文通过将高校教育成本核算方法进行比较研究，提出了将战略成本管理思想初步应用于高校教育成本核算中的新思路。     

Strategic behavior in financial markets

We describe a financial market as a noncooperative game in strategic form. Agents may borrow or deposit money at a central bank and use the cash available to them in order to purchase a commodity for immediate consumption. They derive positive utility from consumption and from having cash reserves at the end of the day, whereas being bankrupt entails negative utility. The bank fixes interest rates. The existence of Nash equilibria (both mixed and pure) of the ensuing game is proved under various assumptions. In particular, no agent is bankrupt at equilibrium. Asymptotic behavior of replica markets is discussed, and it is shown that given appropriate assumptions, the difference between a strategic player and a price taker is negligible in a large economy.     

Strategic Alliances in the Aviation Industry: An Analysis of Turkish Airlines Experience

SUMMARY

This paper investigates antecedents of success/failure in strategic alliances, which is implemented by airline companies as a response to globalization and liberal government policies. The relationship between Turkish Airlines and Qualiflyer Group, the largest airline alliance in Europe until its collapse in 2001, has been taken as a case study to present the question in terms of matching the goals, partner selection, alliance management, and areas of cooperation. Two factors at the macro-level and four factors at the micro-level are found to be important to succeed in strategic airline alliances.     

Comparative Studies in Public Administration and Public Policy

This article offers a conceptual framework and examines a range of cases around the theme of comparative studies in public policy and public administration. It sets the scene for a discussion about issues of comparative analysis in public policy and is aimed at generating debate regarding what comparative analysis can achieve. Finally, it turns our attention to what should be the underlying principles in comparative research and in comparative discourse.
